1. Export a CSV file from Krock.io

To export comments from Krock.io, select the video and open the menu via the three dot icon. Select "Export comments to csv" to export the comments.

2. Use the "Конвертер маркерів" to convert the CSV file into a SRT subtitle file

Open the free Конвертер маркерів, select "Krock.io > Comments (.csv)" and set "convert" to "SRT". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

3. Use the "Інструмент та конвертер субтитрів" to convert the SRT subtitle file into a TTML subtitle file

Open the free Інструмент та конвертер субтитрів, select "SRT" and set "convert" to "TTML". Generate and download the file. If you have problems converting the file, you can contact the free support.

4. Done
